Media Classic 2021

Now in its 19th year, the Media Classic was created by Bill Huffman to showcase golf destinations in the Southwestern United States. Since its inception, golf writers from across the globe have enjoyed the opportunity to experience the world-class hospitality offered in Scottsdale, Tucson, Mesquite and Palm Springs. The GWAA Holiday Classic was incorporated into the event as a “tournament within a tournament” in 2017, with the GWAA membership competing simultaneously in their own GWAA Holiday Classic competition during the final round of the Media Classic. This year’s competition will be contested at El Conquistador Golf Club, The Mountain Course at Ventana Canyon and Omni Tucson National’s Catalina Course. A pre-tournament practice round at The Views Golf Club and a post-tournament loop at Arizona National Golf Club completes the 2021 course rota.
